If you haven't yet heard of C-Bus, you have been missing out!
Clipsal C-Bus is a microprocessor controlled wiring system that offers complete control of lighting and other electrical services.
Clipsal C-Bus also provides the platform for a total building automation system that can be integrated with air-conditioning and security systems.
C-Bus was originally developed for intelligent lighting applications but has since progressed to a much higher level of sophistication.

C-Bus protocols now have been enhanced to cater for an increasing number of diverse applications such as:

  • Telephony Status & Control

    At TEC Switchboards we have a lot to do with C-Bus; from switchboard manufacture, to installation, as well as touchscreen programming.Our goal is for our boards to have the neatest appearance of any board on the market, and we meet that goal with ease.

    Our C-Bus Cabinets come standard with slotted duct for ease of wiring and to keep the contents neat and tidy. Due to our boards being custom made your cabling can come into the cabinet from any point; top, bottom, back or sides. Our boards can come with the C-Bus units prewired, saving you precious time, or you can do the wiring on site; the choice is yours.
    We place small neutral blocks at the end of each DIN rail to use as a protected neutral bars for each C-Bus Unit.
    ArTu is a modular structure made by ABB in Europe. Whilst it wasn't specifically designed for use with C-Bus Installations, we have devised methods of adapting it to suit your needs as C-Bus installers. If your client wants to show off their C-Bus Installation, then an ArTu system will help top it off. With glass doors and a busbar system behind the DIN rail, installations will look good whilst they are on show.
